Health: Internal: Use as a sedative to help with relaxation and sleep. Take for anxiety, depression, nervous exhaustion, PMS, rheumatism and neuralgia. Tea: 1-2 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10 minutes and strain Do not use if pregnant.
